A Sudden Turn Toward the Unfortunate

Hi Folks,

A sudden and unfortunate event has occurred. Due to my oversight in not setting up an automated backup system, the server experienced a rollback after I accidentally deleted the main database. The latest available backup is from our previous maintenance on November 26, 2025, and all progress made after that date including account creations and top-ups has been lost.

There is no way to sugarcoat this situation. The responsibility lies entirely with me, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause.

As compensation, the server will offer the following:

• 4x Global Drop Rate
• 4x Map Drop Rate
• 2x Refine Rate
• 2x Grade Rate
• 2x Mob Count

If you owned rare items such as MVP cards or other high-value items and would like them restored, please open a service ticket and include the following information:

• Category: General Support
• Tell Us What Happened: List the items that you want to recover including the item ID via pastebin /w password
